Charlie is a very deserving dog that was found emaciated in a pound. He had been obviously neglected. He was on death row. He was certain to die. We saved him. We are trying to bring him back to health. We need your help. Charlie needs a foster home where he can be the only pet or the only male dog. Charlie needs to gain weight and be in a setting that is stable and he can relax and feel safe. If you can help Charlie by providing a foster home or adoptive home, please contact us.
