Patches is a sweet male heeler/border collie mix. He is an owner surrender. He's lived with other dogs, and is good with other dogs. He's vetted and ready for his new home. He is a little older, @ 8 years old. He has some hip dysplasia. Can you you help an older dog in need who is losing his home? He really needs a compassionate placement.
