Wyatt is a large sized (@ 65 lbs) Lab/Shep mix, @ 2 years old. He is a very nice dog, gets along great with other dogs. Wyatt will probably make an excellent family dog.

Foster Update: Wyatt does very well on a leash and knows the heal command. He usually likes the dogs and people we meet, but can be cautious with some. He understands hand commands, sit and lay down. We are still working on come ;-) He seldom barks but will if he deems it important. He seems like a great, even tempered dog. He can be strong-willed at times and, although not aggressive, I wouldn't describe him as submissive.

Foster Update: I can say that this is a wonderful dog! Wyatt loves his walks and riding in the car. He sleeps on the couch or, sometimes, on my bed. I no longer crate him and he has not had an accident in the house or chewed on anything inappropriate. He has reminded though that he is indeed a lab and all food is fair game.

Foster Update: Wyatt is proving to be a bit of a watch dog, With the holiday season the UPS driver is keeping him quite busy. Since he has been with me I have noticed some stiffness in a back leg after sleeping; our shorter walks (due to the weather) seem to be helping. He likes the cooler temperatures, but when it is below zero he is ready to come in much, much sooner.
