Meet Hannah! Hannah is a petite black lab mix who is a very sweet and friendly dog. She's actually pretty small - you can't tell from the pictures but doesn't stand taller than your knee. She's THE BEST dog. Super duper chill. Probably the calmest dog even in stressful situations. She gets along with other dogs and cats and is super confident. The only thing she's afraid of is thunderstorms. She also doesn't enjoy car rides. She is very afraid of kids - so she will need to go to a home that doesn't have children or grandchildren around. Otherwise, she loves people and just wants to sleep on my (foster mama's) feet all day. She is just content to spread out on the floor right next to you. She's a cuddly little ball of black fur and will force cuddle you when she wants. She also likes to sleep next you on the couch or lay on your feet alllll day. She prefers to sleep in her doggie bed at night but may warm up to sleeping in the bed (she currently has to compete with two humans and two big dogs... so I don't blame her!) Hannah is also the most tolerant dog ever. She lets us carry her around, flip her on her back, and pretty much manhandle her and she just stays calm and limp...loving the attention. Hannah is kind of a Houdini and escape artist - usually trying to escape any barriers to get to her people. She will need a secure home but has no interest in running away... more of getting to the things she wants (ie- squeezing herself through the 12 inch cat door to get to the basement and eat cat food, getting over baby gates etc.) She loves to walk on a leash but is so chill she doesn't seem to need tons of walks. BUT - she LOVES to boot-scoot around the yard with the resident dog and wrestle all day long. So she really would be content with a few walks a week OR a friend to play with all day. She LOVE LOVE LOVES to wrestle with other doggies and can hold her own with our 60 lb rot mix. :) We (her foster parents) love the heck out of this little low rider cutie. She's a winner.
