Sammy is a sweet purebred Yorkie (with papers). He is @ 8 years old and about 10lbs. He was surrendered to rescue due to death of owner. Sammy is very, very sweet, very affectionate, cuddly, a real lover boy. He is alternatively confident and bold with some dogs and at times nervous and unsure of himself. He will sometimes race up to dogs to meet them and bark at them for a while and then go about his business. He doesn't show aggression just a bold display at first. Sammy is working on improving his housetraining skills as they might have been neglected. He is crate trained, so he's learning structure and getting let out frequently. Sammy is very cute and sweet. Would be a wonderful "lap" dog for someone who is home alot. We're looking for a sweet home for sweet Sammy who is having to go through some adjustments, but will be a wonderful pet for someone.
