Meet Shep! He's a very sweet Collie/GSD mix. He is a sweet, loveable boy. He is housebroken/potty trained, loves other dogs and enjoys walks, runs and playing with toys. Shep is a total sweetheart of a dog. Really, really sweet. Would do great with an active family. We would like Shep to go to a home with another dog, and people who are active or understand active breeds. He just needs stuff to do or good exercise. If he gets that he settles down nicely in the house. Another dog can help him as a companion and to help get his collie/shep energy out. Shep is a really special dog. You'd be getting a gem. He was rescued from running in a wooded area of rural Kentucky with a few other dogs. He was emaciated when he came to rescue, but is gaining weight. He had a skin bacterial infection which he's been to the vet for and on meds is clearing up. He was severely neglected in his past, but has an amazing, wonderful sweet temperament.
