Hi my name is Juno

I was at a shelter in Kentucky, and my time was running out. Thank goodness some nice people rescued me and brought me to MN for a second chance at finding love.  

My foster mom cannot believe that I was even in that position because she says that I am so loving and sweet.  I probably about 30 - 35 pounds of love and my foster mom thinks I'm a retriever mix.  My foster mom doesn't think that I'm going to get much bigger.  When she walks me down the street, people comment on how I'm the perfect size!

 I love to play and am still very puppy-like.  I have lots of energy and love going to the dog park where I play with the other dogs.  I love other doggies.  I currently have a foster doggy brother, a foster brother cat and a sister cat.  I met the neighbors aggressive dogs through the fence the other day and I went submissive but also wanted to play through the fence.  My foster mom says I'm a sweet heart.  

I love love love people. and I love getting attention.  I have already learned to come when my foster mom calls me but I'm still learning my name. 

  If you are a runner and looking for a companion, then I could be your girl! I haven't had much training yet but my foster mom and dad are trying to teach me.   I'm already good on a leash.  I'm just so excited to not be in that shelter and to see so many people! It's still all so new to me!   I'm very trainable and treat motivated!  My foster mom thinks that I have a lot of potential to be a great family dog.   I love to follow my foster mom and I would be very loyal to whoever adopts me.  When she signals for me to come and follow her, I follow with a smile on my face. 

To sum it up, my foster mamma describes me as: Playful, loving, sweet, adorable, energetic, people and dog lover, great running partner, food motivated, happy, excited. 

I would be a great match for someone with a fenced in back yard or someone who can take me for lots of walks.  I'd love to have a doggie sister or brother too!
