Wyatt is a sweet little JRT/Chihuaha mix (our best guess). He is @ 2-3 years old, @ 12 -15 lbs. He is very sociable and tends to be a little busy, but also likes to cuddle and loves attention-but we stress this, on his terms or in modified doses. Wyatt is similar to some cats. He seeks and desires attention (petting) but can get overwhelmed if too much intimacy and then will show teeth and growl or lunge.

The key with this kind of dog is to be a leader and give out love in modified doses.  Wyatt is very smart, and responsive. He loves to play fetch, loves his toys. Wyatt loves to go for walks and would love to run around in big spaces. He is very sweet and can be good with other dogs, but needs to introduced properly if another male. He can be buddies with another male dog, but wants to make sure he can handle himself. He would be considered a dominant male and likes to be in control of his own body, doesn't want to be dominated. Wyatt can also be fine with cats, he may chase off of his bed but otherwise will ignore.

Wyatt probably shouldn't go to a home with kids. unless older and very understanding of the breed mix or his intimacy issues.
