Adira is the sweetest female Heeler puppy. She was found living on her own at @ 5 mos old, living under a house. She was so scared of people she had to be live trapped. She has been doing so well and seems to do best with female (humans). She is slow to warm up to males. When you see her playing with another dog she seems so happy and puppy like, and relaxed. But she takes time to trust humans. 

Adira will need an understanding home that understands dogs with shy/social issues. She will need a lot of patience and understanding. Another dog who is outgoing is a must for Adira's new family. This will help her learn how to be a "normal" dog and become more trusting. 
We are also looking for a household with a fenced in yard. Another dog a fenced in yard, and experience with undersocialized animals.

PLEASE NOTE: As a foster-based rescue, we don't have a facility for visits with multiple animals. Meet & greets with dogs are arranged one the pre-adoption application has been received, processed, reviewed, AND approved. 

Adoption fees range from $325-$650 + MN Tax (youngest puppies usually on the higher end, if our vet spays or neuters them (otherwise young puppies slightly less expensive if adopter finishes their vetting with a signed spay/neuter contract). Seniors are priced on the low end, all others somewhere in between.
