This beautiful, exotic looking girl is Mika. If you look closely, you'll see that one of Mika's eyes is darker than the other. Little Mika had a rough start in life - abandoned in rural Kentucky with infected, goopy eyes. Thankfully, a kind rescue partner was able to grab her and start treatment, patiently nursing her back to health. Once strong enough, Mika came up to us in Minnesota, to look for her fur-ever home. So how's her eye now? Well, sometimes it's a bit weepy. It's darker than the other, and may have some limited vision according to our vets.... kind of like if you're a contact lens wearer, and just forget to put one lens in. In time, the weeping may decrease. Might increase. Might just stay the same. We don't know for sure. One thing that we DO know for sure, is that Mika is HYSTERICALLY FUNNY and SO playful. This kitten is outgoing, energetic, wonderful with other cats and dogs, and loves playing kitty games on the ipad. The resident pomeranian at her foster home is one of her best friends... but SHE is the boss in that relationship! Mika's eye does not slow her down, or bother her in the slightest, so don't let that slow you down from putting an application in for this honey!
