Lewis is a friendly male Pointer/Hound mix. He is approx 1-2 years old and 45 lbs. Lewis is friendly with other dogs, good with kids and cats.
Lewis is a lovely dog, gentle, easy-going, and affectionate.
He is a snuggler and wants to be close to you. He'll be happy to sleep next to you on the couch, and then follow you to sleep in bed too!
Lewis is energetic and will need someone to give him exercise and attention.
He hasn't done much barking yet in his foster home - not at cats, other dogs, or the mailman. Lewis
is an active dog and will need someone who can give him a good long walk at least once a day. He also loves the dog park and is happiest when he can be social, interaction with other dogs is important for him!
He's housetrained and whines a little and paws at the door when he wants to go out. Lewis
is well socialized with other dogs and got along well with neighbors' dogs. He does
pulls a little while walking, but even after the first attempt at loose leash training, he has shown improvement!
