One of Holly's puppies (See Holly's bio for more info) Totally guessing on breed, could have some shepherd, husky or Canaan dog too besides other breeds. Ivy maybe from a previous litter, she seems a bit older than the other 3 pups that were with Mom Holly in the pound, but they call came into the pound together. (Maybe Ivy has a different Mom altogether and just ended up with Holly and her other 3 puppies- we are not sure) Ivy is very bonded to Holly and loves to be with her, but also loves being with the 15 year old in the foster home. Ivy will need another dog in the household to help give her psychological confidence and put her at ease. Ivy did come into rescue with an injury metacarpal fracture in her front left leg. She has a splint on her leg to help it heal and needs bandage changes for 6 weeks at one of our vets in Edina and then we'll check the injury again (Basically the rescue will see her through this). Ivy is under socialized like her mom Holly but will break your heart with her sweet sensitivity. Ivy likes to sleep with the 15 year old in her foster home and really wants to bond and trust. Ivy must go to a home with another dog as she will need this to boost her confidence. Ideal home would be fenced in yard, another dog, maybe some older kids. She loves kids. Interested in adopting? (2 DHPP vaccines, deworming on a schedule, and will come with microchip) Puppies still need: 1-2 more DHPP vaccines and a rabies on an age appropriate schedule, and eventual spay or neuter (recommended when closer to 5 1/2- 6 months old) If you want the puppy altered with our vet, the adoption fee is $650.00 (adopter is responsible for the in between vaccines). If you want to alter (spay or neuter) your puppy at your vet, the adoption fee is $450.00, and we ask you to sign a spay/neuter contract and will need to show proof of S/N at later date. redemptionroad.mn@gmail.com http://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org
