Winston aka “Winnie”, was born April 13th 2019. He was adopted by a family from the Humane Society as a kitten, in June of 2019. Winnie was born with cerebellar hypoplasia, also known as a “wobbly kitty”. This condition causes him to be very uncoordinated. Other than being uncoordinated he is a “normal” cat and isn’t in any pain or on any medication and he has a normal life expectancy.

Winston's condition doesn’t slow him one bit, but because of his lack of coordination he uses his claws a lot more than the average cat because he can’t just jump up on the bed or couch.  Unfortunately, t his has caused a danger to the newest addition to the family, a human  baby daughter!  Winston's family has  made the very hard decision to look for a new home for Winston.

We recommend a home for Winston with no small children and not too many stairs since he can’t climb them and just falls down them. He currently lives with a dog who he gets along with. Winston is an indoor only cat, and is litter box trained.

Winston's family would love to stay in contact with his new family to get updates - he has become a very special part of their lives, and they love him dearly! Winston is up to date on all of his shots and is neutered.
