Nicki is a sweet and friendly little girl who has the SOFTEST fur, and the most darling white tip on her fluffy tail! She's outgoing, adventurous, loves to play with toys, and wrestle with her foster sisters. Nicki is a tricky gal to take photos of - she's constantly trotting up to her people for attention and pets, so won't sit still! Nicki loves to climb and find a perch to keep an eye on everything going on! Speaking of eyes.... Nicki was born with an anatomic abnormality of her left eye, were the conjunctiva never fully formed and then subsequently, never fully separated, in utero. This gives Nicki the appearance of always squinting with her left eye. But the good news is, our vets say that she does have vision in that eye and the eyeball itself is not damaged! The conjunctiva can actually be snipped open when Nicki is under sedation for her spay surgery, which will allow that eye to open up more. At this stage, this issue is merely cosmetic - not worth the risks of sedating a tiny kitten for just this procedure on its own. We can assure you, none of this slows Nicki down ONE BIT! Nicki isn't with her littermates, but has been raised with and is living with 3 other female kittens around her age; Lizzo, Missy, and Cardi. Reach out to us as ask about one of her sisters as well, if you need a companion for Nicki! Kittens do so much better in pairs, socially and developmentally! They have a playmate and cuddle buddy, even when their humans are gone. For this reason, our rescue does not adopt out single kittens, to homes without another cat(s). Interested in adopting?
