River is such a sweetheart! He came to rescue with a few of his siblings. They originally had been rounded up from Red Lake Reservation. They were likely born outside in late July and lived outside even into the winter months till just recently.

River is only about 6 mos old and will soak up every good thing that comes his way. He will make a wonderful pet and is a little more outgoing than his siblings. We think he needs to live with another dog to live his best life. He opens up so much with another dog, they give him confidence. (Please watch his video to get a better idea of him).

He loves to play, he loves toys, he loves the snow and this guy will be a great adventure pup! Dog parks, romping, walking- all that. He is going to just keep improving in his foster home and throughout his life, but he will always need a bit of patience as he might be more afraid than usual in certain transitions or like going to the vet, things that are not that familar to him. However, the more he is exposed and understands people are awesome and life is great, he will just continue to improve!   Let us know if you are interested in River!

Puppy adoption fee is $450.00 + tax for the age appropriate vetting they have had so far (2 DHPP vaccines, deworming on a schedule, and will come with microchip).

Puppies will still need: eventual spay or neuter (recommended when closer to 9-12 months old. We recommend researching this topic and consulting with your vet). 

If you would like the puppy altered at our vet, the adoption fee increases to $650.00 + tax (adopter is responsible for the in between vaccines). Altering the puppy at your vet, at your own cost, means the adoption fee is $450.00 + tax, with signature on a spay/neuter contract.
