Alex the tabby and Archer the solid black kitty, are 8-9 week old brothers who are everything you look for in kittens - friendly, playful, cuddy, and adorable! Alex is the most beautiful tiger striped little boy with kind and curious green eyes. He is curious about e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g and loves staying close to the humans in the house. He has not been so fond of the big dog in our house, though I think with some time and slow introductions he would do just fine with a canine in the family. Alex's favorite pastime is roughhousing with his brother Archer. You can find the two of them doing zoomies around the house, hunting each other or anything else that might be of interest. That is typically followed by some pretty sweet cat naps. He loves to be pet and held. In fact if you are just sitting around he will most likely look for your lap to snuggle and fall asleep in. He has the cutest, barely noticeable “meow”. He’s been great with the other foster kittens we have and is not afraid to tell our resident cats who’s boss. Archer is Alex’s brother and definitely the leader between the two of them. He is all black and has the softest fur (ugh – who wants to work, when there’s this cute kitty to pet???). He is adventurous and not afraid, even when put in new situations. He will be the first one to scope things out. He is laid back, super friendly and just an all around cool dude. He has quite a bit of kitten energy and loves to run around exploring and playing, but balances it out with lots of sleepy time. Once he’s tired out from playing with his brother or the other foster kittens, he likes to lay as close as possible to his humans (even if they are doing work….). The brothers have not been so fond of the big dog in thier foster home, but with some time and slow introductions they would do just fine with a canine in the family and they can stand their ground with grown resident cats too! Kittens do so much better in pairs, socially and developmentally! They have a playmate and cuddle buddy, even when their humans are gone. For this reason, our rescue does not adopt out single kittens, to homes without another cat(s). Interested in adopting?
