Oh Dahlia - how sweet you are! Dahlia came to Redemption Road Rescue with 5 little ones to care for, from a cat colony where she did her very best to raise and protect her babies. Now that her babies are gone she’s learned how great it feels to live in a real family of her own! Dahlia is approx a 1.5 years old and weighs in at a petite 6 lbs. Dahlia is probably one of the most grateful cats you’ll ever meet. She’s a rare flower who is just starting to bloom now that she can develop in a nurturing environment. She loves, loves, LOVES pets and has the sweetest purr. She enjoys the indoor life and can often times be found hanging out on the window sill checking out what’s going on in the neighborhood. Her fur coat is incredibly soft and she’s definitely on the smaller side of adult cats. Dahlia can be quite playful. When she finds a shoe lace she’ll show it who’s boss and the hunter that’s inside of her! We’ve learned that she may prefer to be an only cat and that she would probably do best in a home with no dogs as well. She will immediately connect with her people and shower them with love and affection. We can’t wait for Dahlia to find her fur-ever home that provides neck scratches, cuddles, and an endless supply of love which she is so deserving of!
