Lexi is a mixed breed (just guessing on the Corgi/Terrier based off her looks!) gal who is 28 lbs and estimated around 3 years old. She came to us from rural KY where she was found as a stray and ended up in a pound.

Lexi is a very sweet girl but can be slow to warm up with new people, particularily men. However, with time, patience, and high value treats.... improvement is likely! She is VERY treat motivated and loves toys - she is known to rip out stuffing and squeakers, so be ready to stock up on no-stuff toys and bully sticks! Lexi loves being around her people, and adores car rides!

Lexi do best in a home with another dog to help build her confidence, and someone who is home often. She's doing well with crate training, is learning to walk on a leash, and has been polite around an older cat she has met.
