Phoebe is a young and petite lady who is playful, loving, and outgoing. She is friendly with everyone she meets - kids and adults alike, and she enjoys being in an active home. She's good with other cats and also the dog in her foster home. Affectionate and playful, this good-natured gal will bring lots of cuddles and fun to her new family!
