Maddie needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping her get a new start?
Maddie (10yo, 15lb) is a small senior citizen Chihuahua/terrier mix who is just looking for her forever home to relax in. Maddie’s favorite activities include taste-testing everyone's kibble, long walks, and peanut butter. Maddie also loves going for car rides with her people! She sits in a car seat and lives her best life with her brother, Moo. Maddie would do best in a home that has a dog around her size and energy level - she IS dog selective. Although we know that Maddie and Moo don’t HAVE to go together, we already know they get along swimmingly and keep each other company - if you're looking for a pair! Maddie does okay with kids, but younger kids tend to be a little much for her. We aren’t sure Maddie’s whole backstory, but she is still struggling with potty accidents and will need a proper schedule and positive reinforcement. Maddie loves to lay around on the sofa in the sun spots, she’s a pretty regular couch potato! Interested in fostering or adopting? Please complete an interest form on our website here .
