Otto was the longest resident of an animal shelter in KY, before he got his new start up north. He's said to be 4-5 years old and is around 77lbs. Otto originally arrived in a KY shelter 2-3 years ago as part of a court case, and during his time there, he became favorite! Otto plays well with other dogs and loves to be active. He's a big cuddler when it's time to settle down in the evenings, and would love to be able to sleep in his people's bed.
