Fostering an animal with us does NOT automatically mean you'll get to adopt him/her. Our utmost priority is to find the best long-term home for all animals, taking into consideration their long term needs. Some animals have needs that need to be taken into consideration (high energy, undersocialized, etc.) that we often don't know enough about until they get here and we have a chance to observe, assess and understand them. Therefore, please know that we reserve the right to place the animal in an adoptive home that is best suited for their long term needs - which may not be the foster home. If fostering does lead to an adoption by the foster family, please know that the adoption fee will not be waived.*

I further understand that the behavior of domestic animals is sometimes unpredictable and that some domestic animals are capable of inflicting serious injury or death, as well as extensive property damage. Knowing the risks of handling domestic animals; nevertheless, I hereby agree to assume those risks and to release, indemnify and hold harmless RRR and volunteers who might otherwise be liable to me or my heirs or assigns for damages. If medical attention is required I agree to take my foster animal only to a designated vet used by RRR with permission from the director of RRR. If I choose to take the animal to a different vet or take the animal in without first permission I am responsible for the costs. (initial)*

Foster Agreement & Waiver: Thank you for volunteering your time to RRR Please read, complete, sign and date: I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the conditions of the RRR volunteer agreement and waiver. I understand that all work done with RRR is at my own risk, and hereby release RRR of any and all liability, property damages, and medical cost arising from any known, unknown, or any anticipated/unanticipated damages to people, animals, or property while the dog(s) is under my care and supervision. I am fully aware of, understand, and agree to all the terms and conditions of this FOSTER AGREEMENT & WAIVER, and that it is a binding contract. I have read this agreement carefully and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is an indemnify, waiver and release of liability and a contract between RRR and myself, and I sign it of my own free will. Typing your name acts as your digital signature.*
