Nelli is a little female pup, in need of a foster home or adoptive home. Her mother is a Feist mix and her father was a chihuaha. She'd love to go to a home with another dog, but would be ok was only dog. Nelli is@ 10 lbs and her mother is 15 lbs, so she will probably not be very big as an adult.
